Buikwe District politics has been thrown into disarray after a National Unity Platform (NUP) councillor, who also doubles as an aspirant for the Buikwe District L.C.5 Chairperson seat on the NUP ticket, was spotted at the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) delegates’ conference held at Kololo.
