Dubai, UAE – July 27, 2025 — In an unexpected and remarkable encounter, Paul Owor, a parliamentary aspirant for Busiro South constituency in Uganda, had a casual street meeting with Dubai’s leader, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The two met on the streets of Dubai in what appeared to be an unplanned interaction. What stunned many observers was the lack of heavy security around Sheikh Mohammed, who is also the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and the ruler of Dubai.
