KAMPALA – The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has issued a final reminder to all heads of examination centers, setting a strict deadline of Tuesday, September 30, 2025, for the submission of pending Term II assessment scores.
In a press statement released on Monday, September 29, the examinations body alerted heads of Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) centers who have not yet submitted the required marks to do so before midnight on the stated date.
The mandatory submissions include:
· Senior Four (S4), Term II scores for Continuous Assessment (CA) and project work.
· Senior Three (S3), Term II scores for Continuous Assessment (CA) and project work.
· Senior Six (S6) Course Work marks for specific subjects under the old curriculum where it is a requirement.
UNEB emphasized the critical nature of this deadline, warning that there will be no exceptions for late submissions. The Board explicitly stated that it “will not grade candidates with partial or no CA scores or Course work marks at all,” a move that could severely impact the final results of affected students at both UCE and UACE levels.
Heads of Centers are strongly advised to utilize the remaining hours to ensure all necessary scores are uploaded to the UNEB portal before the deadline passes.
For any further guidance or assistance, parties are encouraged to contact UNEB on 0312-206-300 or the toll-free lines: 0800-211-077 and 0800-111-427.
The statement was signed by Jennifer Kahle-Musamba, the Principal Public Relations Officer for the Uganda National Examinations Board.
