Entebbe, Uganda – The community of Entebbe and beyond joins in celebration today, October 13th, 2025, as they honour Mr. Ahimbisibwe Gracious Mugabi on his 31st birthday.
Born in October 1994 in Rakai District, Mr. Mugabi has journeyed to become a significant and influential figure in his current home of Entebbe Municipality. As he turns 31, his life and work stand as a testament to a deep-seated commitment to public service and community empowerment.
A man of the people, Ahimbisibwe Gracious Mugabi serves as the NRM Vice Chairman for Katabi-Kitubulu, a role in which he has diligently worked to bridge the gap between the party and the community. However, his influence extends far beyond partisan lines. He is widely recognized as a dedicated human rights activist and a staunch advocate for fundamental human freedoms, with a particular passion for the principles of free speech and expression.
His advocacy is firmly rooted in a belief in a transparent and accountable government. Mr. Mugabi is a passionate champion of good governance, believing that it must be hinged on the robust foundations of democracy to truly serve the interests of the people.
This commitment to oversight and community voice is clearly demonstrated in his current role, where he represents the youth on the Entebbe Municipal Development Forum.
