
KAMPALA – September 26, 2025 – Uganda Airlines has announced a partial restoration of its flight schedule today, following significant disruptions that began on Thursday.

In a travel notice issued to passengers on Friday, the airline’s management stated that its ground operations teams are now mobilized across its network to assist affected travellers. This update serves as a follow-up to an initial disruption notice released on September 25th.
The airline has confirmed that its travel partners have been informed of all changes to itineraries and the rebooking options available to passengers. While the carrier is working towards a full recovery, it has not specified which routes have been restored or the extent of the remaining disruptions.
“We appreciate your continued support and patience and commit to a full restoration of our flight schedule,” the statement read. The management also extended a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to its customers.
