Entebbe Municipality Mayor, His Worship Fabrice Brad Rulinda, was honored as the chief guest at the Nankasa Region Music, Dance & Drama (MDD) Competitions 2025, held at Lake Victoria School Bugonga.
The vibrant event brought together participants from twelve local governments under the theme “WASH, Fight Malaria & Register Your Children with NIRA.” It showcased the talents of students while also promoting key social messages on health, hygiene, and civic responsibility.
Adding excitement to the occasion, Mayor Rulinda contributed UGX 2 million to the winning team and personally handed out certificates of participation to other contestants.
In his keynote address, he urged students to stay committed to their education while embracing extracurricular activities such as Music, Dance, and Drama, noting that MDD can be both fulfilling and rewarding.
The Mayor’s presence and generosity were warmly received, with organizers and students commending his continued support for youth development and community initiatives.
