STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – A landmark two-week conference designed to bridge continents and empower female leadership is set to commence in Stockholm, drawing a distinguished gathering of women leaders from across Europe and Africa.

The conference, themed “Connect as Women. Grow as Leaders. Shape Leadership for the Future,” promises to be a dynamic forum for collaboration, strategy, and inspiration. The agenda is built around critical pillars of modern leadership, including Breaking Barriers and Empowering Change, Cultivating Corporate Culture, and harnessing The Power of You for personal and professional development.

A key focus will be on fostering a spirit of solidarity and mutual support, encapsulated in the theme Sister-to-Sister, which celebrates the powerful impact of women championing each other’s success in leadership roles.
The international delegation includes Hon. Scholastica Najjemba Baguma, who is representing Entebbe Division A on this prominent global stage. Her participation underscores the conference’s goal of facilitating cross-continental dialogue and sharing best practices between emerging and established leaders.
“This conference is more than a meeting; it’s a movement. It’s about creating tangible strategies to break glass ceilings and ensure that the unique perspectives of women are leveraged to shape a more inclusive and effective future for leadership everywhere,” a conference organizer stated.
By bringing together diverse voices from Europe and Africa for fourteen days of intensive workshops, networking, and strategic discussion, the Stockholm conference aims to create a powerful network of empowered women ready to drive positive change in their communities, corporations, and nations
