SEMBABULE, UGANDA – Ugandan security forces are responding to a serious traffic incident involving a high-ranking military officer. Major General Sabiiti Muzeei (also reported as Muzeyi) was involved in a car accident this evening in Sembabule District, according to multiple reports.
