
BEIJING – The Ugandan embassy in Beijing and its consulate in Guangzhou marked the nation’s 63rd Independence Day with a vibrant celebration on October 9, 2025, held at the iconic Great Wall of China.

Under the theme ‘Discover Uganda – The Pearl of Africa,’ the event served as a dynamic platform to promote Ugandan tourism and trade.
