DJ Entity Exits Stage : Uganda’s Spin Master Heads to Netherlands Amid Fallout with MC Roba
Entebbe, Uganda – The Ugandan entertainment scene is buzzing after the sudden departure of popular disc jockey DJ Entity, formerly of Club Knight Riders and Coco Beach. The disk jockey was spotted at Entebbe International Airport a couple of weeks ago, beaming with confidence as he packed his bags and headed for what he described as “greener pastures,” effectively leaving behind his critics in what he termed the “banana republic.”
Eyewitnesses at the airport observed DJ Entity in high spirits, chest thumping and seemingly relieved as he bid farewell, declaring “bye bye” to his naysayers before boarding his flight.
According to insiders, the DJ’s sudden exit was fueled by intense friction with his long-time associate, MC Roba. Sources close to the pair reveal that the working relationship had deteriorated into constant squabbling and domestic-style disputes. “It has been a case of henpecking and pulling out talons,” a snoop disclosed. “They have been at each other’s necks, throwing tomatoes and exchanging words like rabid dogs over the smallest details.”
The tension reportedly became unbearable, prompting DJ Entity to seek an escape route. He has now touched down in the Netherlands, which he is already calling the “promised land.” While the exact nature of his invitation remains unclear, whispers from camp suggest he may have connected with a yet-to-be-identified sugar mama who facilitated his move to Europe.
As of now, it remains unconfirmed whether DJ Entity plans to continue his craft behind the turntables at a classy dance hall in Amsterdam or if he will be trading his headphones for more manual labor, such as picking eggs at a poultry farm owned by wealthy Dutch businessmen.
One thing is certain: The Ugandan club scene has lost one of its spin masters, while the Netherlands gains an artist looking for a fresh start. Watch this space for updates on his European exploits.
