Kajjansi – Former UK-based nkuba kyeyo, turned businessman and motivational speaker, Hajji Bakaluba Mukasa, is facing fresh woes after allegedly purchasing a disputed piece of land in Kajjansi valued at Shs500 million.

Reports indicate that the land in question was sold to him with a fake land title, sparking a bitter ownership battle. The purported rightful owners have since dragged him to court, accusing him of criminal trespass.
Authorities have advised Hajji Bakaluba not to set foot on the said land until investigations into the authenticity of the title and ownership are completed.
The development has left the businessman reportedly stressed, as he had invested heavily in the land with plans for future projects.
The Kajjansi case adds to the growing list of land disputes in Wakiso District, an area notorious for fraudulent titles, multiple sales, and protracted wrangles among claimants.
