Mayor Rulinda Pledges UGX 13 Million for Dr. Ritah Kaggwa’s Book Launch, Confirms Attendance
Entebbe, Uganda | 7 August 2025 – The Mayor of Entebbe Municipality, Mr. Fabrice Rulinda, has pledged a generous contribution of UGX 13 million towards the upcoming book launch of Dr. Ritah Kaggwa. Despite his tight schedule, the Mayor has also confirmed his attendance at the high-profile event.
The book launch, slated for 16th August 2025, will be held at Bwebajja Gardens and is strictly by invitation. The occasion is expected to draw key dignitaries, academicians, and thought leaders from across the country.
Dr. Kaggwa, a respected figure in academia and policy advocacy, is set to unveil her latest literary work, which is anticipated to spark critical conversations within Uganda’s intellectual and development spheres.
